Chapter 405 - FOREIGN INSURANCE COMPANIES AND THEIR AGENTS
Section 405:27 - Unlicensed Persons.

    405:27 Unlicensed Persons. – No person, unless he shall be so licensed, shall act or aid in any manner in placing policies and contracts of insurance or suretyship to be effective in this state, or other than his own, in any company which is not duly authorized to transact business in this state. No foreign insurance company or other insurer shall issue any policy for which the requirements of this subdivision are not met.
