168-B:20 Rulemaking. –
The department of health and human services shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, to carry out its duties under this chapter. Until such time as the department of health and human services adopts rules pursuant to this section, medical evaluations, mental health consultations, and other procedures required under this chapter shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant sections of guidelines published by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies (SART), and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).
