Section 167:11 - Funeral Expenses.

NH Rev Stat § 167:11 (2016) What's This?

[RSA 167:11 suspended for each fiscal year of the biennium ending June 30, 2017, as provided by 2015, 276:28, II.]
    167:11 Funeral Expenses. –
    On the death of the recipient reasonable funeral expenses may be paid subject to the rules and regulations of the department if the estate of the deceased is insufficient to pay the same; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to recipients of medical assistance.
