Chapter 145 - COLD STORAGE
Section 145:15 - Rulemaking.

    145:15 Rulemaking. – The commissioner of the department of health and human services shall adopt rules pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:
    I. Licenses issued under RSA 145:3.
    II. The use of marks, tags, labels, and signs.
    III. A schedule of administrative fines which may be imposed under RSA 145:17 for violation of this chapter or the rules adopted pursuant to it.
    IV. Procedures for notice and hearing prior to the imposition of an administrative fine imposed under RSA 145:17.
    V. Application procedure.
    VI. Standards for licensing cold storage or refrigerating warehouses, including, but not limited to sanitation, physical environment, health and safety, and operational changes.
    VII. Inspections.
    VIII. Closure of an establishment.
    IX. Suspension of an establishment's license.
