126-A:5-d Voluntary Provider Contributions. –
For the period of January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2018, voluntary provider donations received from the Foundation for Healthy Communities or any other charitable foundation may be deposited into the New Hampshire health protection trust fund, established pursuant to RSA 126-A:5-b.
