Chapter 547 - JUDGES OF PROBATE AND THEIR JURISDICTION
Section 547:22-a - Transitional Adjustment.

    547:22-a Transitional Adjustment. – Notwithstanding RSA 491-A:4, judges of probate who are not full-time judges under RSA 547:2-a and who were appointed prior to the effective date of this section shall receive as annual salary for a period of 10 years either (a) the sum of $19,102 plus 50 percent of the total amount of special session fee income received in 1985; or (b) the salary established for such judge through the application of the weighted caseload compensation schedule set forth in RSA 491-A:4, plus 50 percent of the total amount of special session fee income received in 1985; whichever is greater. After 10 years, these judges shall be compensated by application of the weighted caseload compensation schedule pursuant to RSA 491-A:4.
