    592-A:9 When Warrants Returnable to District or Municipal Court. – If such warrant is issued by a district or municipal court, or by a justice within the town in which a district or municipal court is established, for any offense committed in such town or district, it shall be made returnable before the district or municipal court, and not elsewhere.
