415-D:11 Approval and Disapproval of Forms. – No policy of group long-term care insurance affecting a resident of New Hampshire, whether such policy is delivered or issued for delivery in this state or any other state, and no certificate under such policy nor any application, rider, endorsement or amendment used in connection with the policy shall be delivered or issued for delivery in this state until a copy of the form of the policy and of the classification of risks and the premium rates have been filed with the insurance commissioner, nor until the expiration of 30 days after filing, unless the commissioner shall sooner give his written approval for delivery or issue.
