Section 408:21 - Exception.

408:21 Exception. – RSA 408:20 shall not apply to any corporation which produces evidence satisfactory to the commissioner that it is required by the law of its home state or country to keep on deposit, and that it has deposited, securities to a like amount with the treasurer or other fiscal officer of such state or country.
