Section 332-B:5 - Meetings and Duties.

    332-B:5 Meetings and Duties. – The board shall meet at least 6 times a year at the time and place fixed by rule of the board. Other necessary meetings may be called by the president of the board by giving notice as may be required by rule. The quorum and the actions of the board shall be in accordance with RSA 91-A. At its annual meeting, the board shall organize by electing a president and such other officers as may be prescribed by rule. Officers of the board serve for terms of one year and until a successor is elected, without limitation on the number of terms an officer may serve. The president shall preside at board meetings and serve as administrative head of the board. The board shall submit annually to the governor a report on the transactions of the board, including an account of monies received and disbursed as shall be required by the state auditors. Records shall be kept by the administrative assistant pursuant to RSA 91-A:3.
