Chapter 282-A - UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
Section 282-A:130 - Compensation.
282-A:130 Compensation. – Each nonlegislative member of the advisory council shall be paid a fee of $40 per day for each day of actual attendance at called meetings of the advisory council and shall also be reimbursed for necessary travel and other necessary expenses. Legislative members shall receive mileage at the legislative rate for each day of actual attendance at called meetings.
