Section 270:75 - State Employees.

[RSA 270:75 effective until January 1, 2016; see also RSA 270:75 set out below.]
    270:75 State Employees. –
    The provisions of this subdivision shall not apply to the use of outboard motor or power boats by state employees when essential to the discharge of their official duties in an emergency or other extraordinary situation.
    270:75 State and Municipal Employees. --
    I. The provisions of this subdivision shall not apply to the use of outboard motor or power boats by state employees when essential to the discharge of their official duties in an emergency or other extraordinary situation.
    II. The provisions of this subdivision shall not apply to municipal employees engaged in emergency rescue operations.
