[RSA 263:9 effective until January 1, 2016; see also RSA 263:9 set out below.]
    263:9 Notice of Change of Licensee's Name or Address. –
    Whenever any person who has been duly licensed to drive a motor vehicle within this state shall change his legal name or his permanent residence he shall notify the director in writing of such change within 10 days.
    263:9 Notice of Change of Licensee's Name or Address. --
    Whenever any person who has been duly licensed to drive a motor vehicle within this state shall change his or her legal name or his or her permanent residence or his or her mailing address, he or she shall notify the director in writing of such change within 30 days.
