Section 263:71 - License Restored Upon Expiration of Revocation Period.

NH Rev Stat § 263:71 (2015) What's This?

    263:71 License Restored Upon Expiration of Revocation Period. – Whenever any court revokes or suspends a license pursuant to RSA 265:79 for a stated period of time, the department shall restore said license immediately upon the expiration of the period of revocation or suspension ordered by the court provided that:
    I. Any required application and fee have been submitted; and
    II. No other suspension or revocation of such license, pursuant to RSA 264:2, I(e) or any other provision of this title, is still in effect.
