261:65 Diplomats and Officials. – The department may issue certificates of registration for vehicles and licenses to drive the same to the President of the United States and members of his executive staff, and to any ambassador or member of the foreign diplomatic corps, or to the Maine-New Hampshire Interstate Bridge Authority, without payment of the fees therefor.
