260:18 Film to be Deemed Original Record. – Such photographs, microphotographs or photographic film shall be deemed to be an original record for all purposes, including introduction in evidence in all courts or administrative agencies. A copy thereof, duly attested and certified by the director or his designee shall, for all purposes, be deemed to be a copy of the original.
