Section 434:36 - Marketing Fund.

434:36 Marketing Fund. – All fees collected by the commissioner under this subdivision shall be deposited with the state treasurer to be used solely for the purposes of this subdivision. The state treasurer shall establish a separate, nonlapsing account to be known as the apple marketing account. The moneys in the apple marketing account are hereby appropriated to the commissioner, department of agriculture, markets, and food, to be expended for the purposes of this subdivision.
