NH Rev Stat § 433:9-a (2015) What's This?

    433:9-a Licensing Requirements. – No person shall label agricultural, vegetable, flower, and tree and shrub seeds for planting purposes for distribution or sale in this state without first having obtained a seed labeling license. The license application shall be submitted on forms furnished by the commissioner and shall be accompanied by the license fee as prescribed by the commissioner. Sellers of less than 25 pounds of fruit, flower, or vegetable seeds per year shall be exempt from the licensure requirements of this section.
