Chapter 135-C - NEW HAMPSHIRE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES SYSTEM
Section 135-C:64 - Philbrook Center; Purpose.

NH Rev Stat § 135-C:64 (2015) What's This?

    135-C:64 Philbrook Center; Purpose. – The commissioner shall maintain as part of New Hampshire hospital services for children and adolescents in one or more facilities on the New Hampshire hospital campus which shall be known as the Anna Philbrook center. All services for children and adolescents at New Hampshire hospital shall be appropriate for each child's developmental stage and shall address the educational, supervisory, and clinical needs of each child. The purposes of child and adolescent services shall include but not be limited to:
    I. Care and treatment of children with mental illnesses who are admitted on a voluntary basis pursuant to RSA 135-C:4, III or involuntarily pursuant to RSA 135-C:27-54.
    II. Evaluation, care, and treatment of children under RSA 169-B, 169-C, and 169-D, subject to the provisions of RSA 135-C:65.
