Section 106-F:11 - Employees.

NH Rev Stat § 106-F:11 (2015) What's This?

    106-F:11 Employees. –
    I. A person licensed under this chapter may employ agents or guards as such licensee deems necessary. The licensee shall be responsible for the conduct of any such employees who shall be covered under the licensee's surety bond.
    II. The commissioner of safety may disapprove the employment of any individual for just cause. Appeal from such decision shall be permitted as set forth in RSA 106-F:15.
