323:3 Fee; Term; Revocation. – Upon compliance with the terms of RSA 323:1 and 323:2, and upon payment to him of a fee of $50, the commissioner of safety may issue a license to such dealer, to continue in force one year from date of issue. The license may be revoked at any time by the commissioner of safety for good cause, after notice of hearing.
