260:72 Highways on Government-Owned Land. – All provisions of laws and city or town ordinances relating to vehicles shall be in force on any way, or any street, road or public passageway for vehicles established by the United States of America, located on land in this state owned in the name of the United States of America, or any department or agency thereof, in which the state of New Hampshire, or a political subdivision thereof, has retained its civil and criminal jurisdiction or concurrent civil and criminal jurisdiction on such land.
