260:14-a Provision for Federal Identification Database Prohibited. – The department shall not provide a complete, or substantially complete or mirrored, extract of motor vehicle records that contain personally identifiable information from any file or database to the federal government or to any agent or agency of, or contractor engaged by, the federal government for the purpose of creating or enhancing a federal identification database.
