Section 389:4 - Application for State Charter.


NH Rev Stat § 389:4 (2013) What's This?

    389:4 Application for State Charter. – The converting national bank may apply for such certificate of incorporation by filing with the commissioner an application signed under oath by its president and cashier and by a majority of its entire board of directors setting forth:
    I. The corporate action taken in compliance with the provisions of the laws of the United States governing the conversion of the national to a state bank.
    II. The articles of association or agreement, approved by the stockholders, for the government of the bank as a state bank.
