NH Rev Stat § 389:3 (2013) What's This?

    389:3 National Bank May Convert Into State Bank. – A national bank located in this state which follows the procedure prescribed by the laws of the United States to convert into a state bank, shall be granted a certificate of incorporation in this state if the commissioner finds that the bank meets the standards as to location of office, capital structure and business experience of officers and directors for the incorporation of a state bank.
