Section 386-A:7 - Decision.

386-A:7 Decision. – The commissioner shall grant or deny the petition and shall make a record of his or her decision. If the petition is denied, no further proceedings shall be had, but a new petition may be filed after one year from the date of the decision. If the petition is granted, the petitioners shall proceed as hereinafter provided in this chapter. The commissioner may impose reasonable conditions, consistent with reasonable banking standards, to the commencement of business under any such grant.
