Section 328-H:12 - Reinstatement.
NH Rev Stat § 328-H:12 (2013) What's This?
328-H:12 Reinstatement. – Any person whose license has been suspended or revoked by the department may apply to the department, in writing, to request a hearing for reinstatement. Upon a hearing, the department may issue a new license or modify the suspension or revocation of the license.
