168-B:4 Termination and Transfer of Parental Rights to Intended Parents. – Parental rights established under this subdivision shall be terminated and transferred to the intended parents or to the surrogate and her husband, if any, pursuant to RSA 168-B:16-27. This subdivision shall not be construed to apply to cases other than surrogacy.
