Section 168-B:29 - Immunities.


NH Rev Stat § 168-B:29 (2012) What's This?

    168-B:29 Immunities. –
    I. No person shall be subject to civil or criminal liability for nonnegligent actions taken pursuant to the requirements of this chapter.
    II. A physician or other health care provider whose actions under this chapter are in accord with reasonable medical standards shall not be subject to criminal or civil liability or discipline for unprofessional conduct with respect to those actions.
