Section 161:7 - Personnel; Duties.

161:7 Personnel; Duties. – Subject to the rules of the division of personnel, the commissioner shall appoint such personnel as may be necessary for the efficient performance of the duties prescribed in this chapter or RSA 167 and shall prescribe their duties.
