498-A:31 Compensation of Guardian Ad Litem. – A guardian ad litem appointed pursuant to RSA 498-A:4, III(a) shall be an attorney at law who shall be entitled to reasonable fees for services rendered as guardian ad litem. Upon approval by the board, said fees shall be paid by the condemnor.
