NH Rev Stat § 398:5 (1996 through Reg Sess) What's This?

398:5 Licenses. – The governing body of any town, city, or unincorporated place may license suitable persons to carry on the business of pawnbrokers in said city, town, or place for one year, and may revoke such licenses, in their discretion, after a hearing on charges preferred.
