Section 359-K:6 Report.

[RSA 359-K:6 repealed by 2011, 250:2, effective December 1, 2012.] 359-K:6 Report. –
The commission shall make status reports on its findings and recommendations on or before December 1, 2011 and August 1, 2012, a preliminary report of its findings and recommendations on or before October 1, 2012, and a final report of its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate clerk, the house clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before December 1, 2012.
