313-A:5 Receipts and Their Disposition. – All moneys received by the board under this chapter shall be paid to the secretary of the board, who shall give a receipt therefor and shall at the end of each month report to the commissioner of administrative services the total amount of money received and thereupon deposit the same with the state treasurer.
