CHAPTER 399-A — REGULATION OF SMALL LOANS, TITLE LOANS, AND PAYDAY LOANS
Section 399-A:5 Consumer Credit Administration License Fund.

The bank commissioner shall keep a separate account, in the state treasurer's office, to be known as the consumer credit administration license fund. Moneys received from payment of fees under this chapter shall be credited to the consumer credit administration license fund. This fund may be expended by the commissioner with the approval of the governor and council for the purpose of supervising persons subject to supervision and licensing by the consumer credit administration division of the banking department.
