2009 New Hampshire Statutes
TITLE XXXI — TRADE AND COMMERCE (Includes Chapters 333 - 359-J)
CHAPTER 352 — AUTHORS' AND ARTISTS' PRODUCTIONS
Section 352:12 Application.

This subdivision shall not apply to a written contract executed prior to January 1, 1989, unless:
    I. The parties agree that this subdivision shall apply; or
    II. The contract is extended or renewed on or after January 1, 1989.
