2009 New Hampshire Statutes
TITLE XXI — MOTOR VEHICLES (Includes Chapters 259 - 269)
CHAPTER 265-A — ALCOHOL OR DRUG IMPAIRMENT
Section 265-A:27 Not Guilty Finding; Return of License.

Any person whose license was revoked under the provisions of RSA 265-A:26 who appeals and is not found guilty shall have any previously held license returned. No additional fee requirements shall be imposed in connection with such license restoration.
