CHAPTER 261 — CERTIFICATES OF TITLE AND REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES
Section 261:134 Automotive Recycling Dealer Rules.
The director shall have the authority to adopt rules pursuant to RSA 260:5 consistent with the provisions of this subdivision relative to the purchase, sale, or exchange of secondhand motor vehicles or parts thereof.
