CHAPTER 153 — STATE BOARD OF FIRE CONTROL
Section 153:35 Local Enforcement.
The rules adopted pursuant to RSA 153:28, may be enforced by the building inspection department or by any officer designated by the administrative authority of the city or town; provided, however, that a city or town may adopt and enforce ordinances more stringent than the rules adopted under this subdivision.
