CHAPTER 674 — LOCAL LAND USE PLANNING AND REGULATORY POWERS
Section 674:44-c Separate Commissions.

A municipality may choose to maintain a separate and distinct heritage commission and historic district commission. In such cases, the heritage commission shall serve in an advisory capacity to the historic district commission as well as to the planning board and other local boards and residents.
