2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 408:58 Limitations.

No limitations on the authority of the agent of any insurance corporation authorized to issue variable contracts, not customary in the business, shall be effective to protect the insurance corporation from liability to innocent third persons dealing with such agent.
