2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 408:37 Form, etc.

The application shall be in such form as may be prescribed by the commissioner, and shall state in writing the principal place of business, the name or style of doing business, the date from which it has been licensed to do the business of life insurance in this state and such other documentary evidence of condition and responsibility as the commissioner may require to determine the applicant's good repute. The commissioner may make such other and further investigation thereof as he may deem desirable.
