2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 408:13 False Representations.

Any life insurance agent who shall, by false and fraudulent representations, procure payment or an obligation for the payment of a premium upon a life insurance contract shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
