2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 266:74-a Emergency Lights for Hospital Emergency Personnel.

Notwithstanding the provisions of RSA 266:74, the commissioner is authorized to grant permits to hospital emergency personnel allowing them to use emergency lights, other than blue colored motor vehicle lights, during an emergency. The commissioner shall adopt rules pursuant to RSA 541-A relative to qualifications for and conditions of such a permit, grounds for revoking such permit, and any other matters necessary to implement this section.
