2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 263:66 Revocation of License for Driving While Intoxicated and Appeal.


    Whenever any person convicted of a violation of RSA 265:82 or 82-a appeals, the municipal or district court shall forthwith revoke the license or driving privilege of such person and, in case of a holder of a New Hampshire license, shall return such license together with the court return to the department which shall not reissue any license until the period of revocation determined by the court has elapsed.
