2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 226-A:5 Accounts.

The commission shall keep accurate accounts of all receipts and disbursements. The commissioner of administrative services of the state of New Hampshire is hereby authorized and empowered from time to time to examine the accounts and books of the commission, including its receipts, disbursements and such other items relating to its financial standing as the commissioner of administrative services may deem proper and to report the results of such examination to the governor of said state.
