2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 149-N:6 Penalty.

Notwithstanding the provisions of RSA 149-N:3 and in addition to any other penalties provided for by law, any person in violation of this chapter or any rule of the department made under this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a civil penalty of $2,500 per day for each day during which such violation shall continue.
