2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 149-N:2 Definitions.

In this chapter:
    I. ""Recyclable material'' means any material which is identified as recyclable material by the department of environmental services in accordance with rules adopted by the commissioner of environmental services. It shall include, but not be limited to, glass, food and beverage containers, plastic milk containers, plastic soft drink containers, newspaper, tin coated steel cans and steel cans, aluminum, corrugated cardboard, and mixed office paper.
    II. ""Recycled material'' means any material which is produced of material with at least 50 percent post-consumer material.
    III. ""Post-consumer material'' means only those products generated by either a commercial entity or consumer which have served their intended end uses and which have been separated or diverted from solid waste for the purposes of collection, recycling, and disposition.
