2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 149-H:2 Chairman; Support Duties.

    I. The commissioner of the department of safety or his designee shall act as chairman of the board. Any administrative duties arising out of board meetings shall be delegated to the commissioner of the department of safety.
    II. The chairman shall appoint subcommittees from the membership of the board for highway, railway, waterway and airway transportation of hazardous materials. The chairman shall appoint members of the board to chair the subcommittees, and the subcommittees shall report their findings and recommendations to the board.
