2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 137-H:9 Immunity.


    An attending physician, other physician, nurse, health care professional or any other person acting for him or under his control, or hospital or other medical facility within which the person may be, shall be immune from any civil or criminal liability for any act or intentional failure to act if said act or intentional failure to act is done in good faith and in keeping with reasonable medical standards pursuant to the living will and in accordance with this chapter.
